The construction of the luxurious Sealeven Hotel & Residences complex in Ičići is nearing completion, marking the arrival of the first hotel in Croatia to operate under the international Destination by Hyatt brand.
This exclusive project features 11 elegant buildings with a total of 85 premium-equipped units, designed to offer guests a blend of contemporary comfort, privacy, and the Mediterranean lifestyle.
The partnership with Hyatt brings global recognition and high service standards, while Sealeven maintains the strong local character of Ičići.
The complex will be managed by Grand Metropolitan Hotels, and its opening is planned for 2026—introducing a new prestigious symbol of luxury to Ičići and providing a significant boost to the destination’s continued development.
