Ičići hosted the first beach volleyball tournament last weekend as part of the Divlja Liga project, which brings together recreational athletes, sports enthusiasts, and lovers of active living from across Primorje-Gorski Kotar County – this year’s European Region of Sport – through a series of sports competitions.
At the tournament held on Sunday, May 24, eight teams played a total of 14 exciting matches on the sand, demonstrating great sportsmanship and creating an excellent atmosphere. The title was won by Vrući Galebovi from Split, second place went to the Perspektiva team, while DSR Kvarner claimed third place.
