This innovative webAR experience allows visitors to "meet” historical characters through their mobile phones – Ivo Robić in Tivoli Park and the first barkajolka of Kvarner in Lučica Ičići (small harbour).

The project includes the installation of bilingual (HR/EN) information boards with QR codes:
- one on the Lungomare promenade, below Tivoli Park, dedicated to the legendary singer Ivo Robić, known as Mister Morgen,
- and another in Lučica Ičići (small harbour), where visitors will be able to experience the character of Edit Zadković, the first barkajolka (boat-women) of Kvarner.

By scanning the QR code, visitors can see virtual characters appearing in the real environment – Ivo Robić in Tivoli Park and the barkajolka by the sea – in a setting that authentically blends the story of the place with modern technology.

The goal of the project is to present the cultural and historical heritage in a contemporary way and to further enrich the tourist offer of Ičići with new and engaging content.
Through this AR experience, Ičići continues to develop as a destination that preserves its tradition while presenting it to visitors in an interactive way, in line with modern times.
The project builds on the ongoing efforts of the Ičići Tourist Board to preserve and showcase local heritage, offering visitors a different way to experience the destination – one where the past and present intertwine.
